Reason: Dora gave everyone at LBCQ a set of one hundred squares. I used mine to make a small log cabin top. Much later (when trying to get stuff out of my closet) I made it into a pillow, which my older daughter immediately claimed and still uses.
What a fun pillow. And a great idea for just a few blocks when you have decided that enough is enough.
ReplyDeleteYes indeed, Stella - I just wasn't motivated to finish it to anything large enough to be useful. The pillow was a great way to check it off my list!
